喜欢吗？

昨天，当我进来我的部落格时我发现Blogger已经有了新的界面供用户选择。这些界面（template）都蛮漂亮的。还我忍不住为我的部落格换上新装，就是现在的这个。会选择这个界面是因为它很符合我部落格的标题“梦想起航的地方”。大家又注意到右上角的蒲公英吗？那几个飞翔起来的蒲公英正好能表达我这个部落格标题的意义。希望大家会喜欢这个界面 =）

史瑞克(Shrek)观后感

今天真是个开心的一天，因为。。。我。终。于。看。了。Shrek！！！！Yeah！！

开心^^想了那么久，期待了这么久，终于如愿以偿了！！！光阴似箭，岁月如梭。犹记得上一集的电影上映时，那是我大概还在念中四或是中五吧。我和一班铜乐队的队友们一起去看，而如今，大家已各分东西，我只好跟妹妹以及她的同学去看这部电影系列的最终版。

话说史瑞克和费安娜（Fiona）公主结了婚以后，他们在Far Far Away Land过着幸福快乐的日子，并且生了几个可爱的小宝宝。现在的的史瑞克受到人们的欢迎，当然，他的动物朋友们也很喜欢到他家玩。日子平平淡淡地过，史瑞克夫妇每天都忙于照顾三个宝宝。史瑞克开始怀念以前被人们当成“绿怪兽”的日子，他觉得自己渐渐失去自由，难免开始感到厌倦。转眼其中一个孩子的生日已来到。史瑞克一家人邀请了村民一起来为孩子庆祝生日。生日会上，史瑞克被村民们搞得心情糟透了，也和妻子陷入了冷战。此时，邪恶的精灵Rumplestiltskin趁虚而入。他成功的哄得史瑞克签下那允许他拿走史瑞克人生中的其中一天。Rumplestiltskin将史瑞克出生的那一天给拿走了。于是，历史被重写，而史瑞克的冒险就次开始展开了。他必须在一天之内赢得Fiona的真爱之吻，否这他便会消失。在历尽重重困难后，他终于得到了Fiona的真爱之吻。于是，一切恢复正常。史瑞克也学习到要好好地珍惜当下所拥有的一切。于是，美丽的真爱之吻传说继续延续下去。然后，他们幸福快乐的生活着。

个人很喜欢这一集的故事情节，因为很有教育性。这部动画所要带出的最重要的信息就是活在当下，珍惜一切你所拥有的。故事中的史瑞克，虽然其貌不扬但身边却有很爱他的妻子相伴左右，膝下还有三个可爱的子女，有瓦遮头且受大家的爱戴。但他却看不见这一切，反而开始抱怨。我想，很多人，包括我自己也不是这样子吗。生活在马来西亚，我们基本上什么都不缺。但我们却一直在怨这怨那的。曾经看过这样的一段话：“当你在抱怨你所没有的东西时，你永远都不知道别人就正在羡慕着你所拥有的。”我们每个人都是特别的，所以实在没有必要为了无知的人所给你的恶意中伤而耿耿于怀。

还有，这部电影提醒着我们所拥有的一切并不是偶然的。今天所拥有的，也许到了明天就会变成一场空。所以，还是学习珍惜上天所赐给我们的一切吧！此外，及时行乐也是很重要的。当然，我们也得时时充实自己的知识。今天没有用到，可能明天你所学到的这项技能/知识就会帮上忙了。

害人之心不可有！这是邪恶精灵和巫婆们告诉我们的事。心怀恶念，使计加害他人，这些都是要不得的。看看Rumplestiltskin吧！他用计换取史瑞克出身的那一天，就是为了为了得到王国。他出尽法宝，但最终还是被自己所下的诅咒所害。他的结局就是死。所以我说，人，还是安分守己，千万不要心存贪念，以免双眼被“贪”所蒙蔽，进而萌生害人之心。

至于我难忘的角色嘛，还是那位吹笛子的旅人。还记得那位拥有魔笛的旅人吗？就是那位被小镇镇民放飞机最后他吹笛子把镇上的小孩都带走的那位！虽然他在片中是反派角色但我非常欣赏他吹笛子的造诣。至于他那把笛子也是我见过最“雷”的一支笛子。那笛子竟然能针对特定的对象来让乐手吹奏适合的曲子。我爱！！他很帅哦！

这是一部老少咸宜的作品，虽然故事情节算是老调重弹-真爱之吻可化解一切的咒语啦，从此王子和公主过着幸福快乐的日子啦。。等等，但我还是强烈推荐大家去看。刚刚在戏院，当荧幕出现“The End”的字眼时，全场观众都报以热烈的掌声。让我们来给制作团队致敬！

补习

刚刚妹妹去补习了，而我这在家里，无所事事，乐得清闲。补习，可算是马来西亚教育制度里非常重要的一环。我第一次上补习班是在我十岁，读四年级那年。当年，父母在姨姨的建议下把我送去补习班补星加坡英文。过后渐渐长大，我才开始补其他较弱的科目如数学。反观现在的小孩，他们在幼稚园时期就开始上补习班了。真不知道该可怜他们还是同情他们。

话说回来，看着妹妹们出门补习，我不禁怀念起以前中学时那段有得补习的时光。我个人并不抗拒补习，因为那是我自己的选择。我从小就被训练自己温习功课，父母亲也没送我去补习。上了中学后，由于我数学不好，所以我选择去补这一科。直到我中五毕业，我也只是补过高级数学，化学和数学（初中时）。至于小学时，我也只是补了英文和马来文。

对我来说，补习只是让自己有比别人更多的时间去学习一些本身比较弱的科目。读书，还是得靠自己啊！

Marching Season

As for me,June is a very different month in the year.This is because this is the start of a season called "Marching Season".For those who were/is a band member you will understand what do I mean by "Marching Season".It`s the time when the different states in Malaysia held the inter-school marching band competition and the champion teams from respective states will represent their states to go for national level marching band competition.National Level marching band competition always held in August.

This photo was taken last year,during the Sarawak State Level Marching Band competition.The picture shown was the conductor from St.Joseph High School, Kuching.Their theme for the performance was "Football".I personally love their performance very very much but too bad they didn`t get Champion in nationals.This made me felt very disappointed for quite a sometime.Anyway,it`s now become past tense.We should always look forward,right?

Anyway,I choose this photo as the photo of the month is not only because of it`s the time to catch the competitions but also can represent 2010 FIFA World Cup.I have to admit that I started to concern about the things related to football is because of I watched SJSK`s show last year.I knew about Liverpool`s f.c team song from their show.Therefore,when the people from all around the world are now celebrating the arrival of World Cup I would also like to use my very own way to express my joyfulness about this event.That`s why I said,this June won`t be a bored one ^^

Before I end my article here I would also like to emphasize the spirit of marching show bands.If you are from Chung Hua Band you might think that the one I`m going to mention is the band`s slogan but I`m not going to talk about that =) In my opinion I think that the true spirit of marching show band is "Loud and Proud".I was first saw this slogan at the 2008 national levels marching band competition.I was very impressed about this slogan and I think that every band members should always remember this.When I was a band member we sacrificed our school time to practice for the competitions.Most of us didn`t get encouragements from our other schoolmates who were not band members.During that time,we had no choice but to practice at the basketball court which is located in the middle of 4blocks.Everyone blamed us.I could still remember that when I went back to my class,my classmates told me to ask my fellow band mates to shut up!(I was the ONLY band member in the class)

"Loud and Proud" remind us to do our best in every single performances.We loud,because we play good music and we will always be proud on what we have done!Don`t be afraid on any attacks from others.

It`s June!

Today is the second day of June.I`m not going to work this month but will start working in July,as a tutor.

This June won`t be a bored or tiring one (like last year =p).We Sarawakians are having Gawai holidays from yesterday.Gawai festival is celebrate by the Dayaks.

It left 9 days to FIFA World Cup!Can you feel the joyfulness in the air?Although I`m not super fans in football but I`m looking forward to this events ^^ However I have no idea on which team will become the champion =p I will fill my June with those football matches xD

Besides,I`m going to Bintulu at the end June to visit my friend,Kok Yin with Ker Sing.Haha..I have to wait Ker Sing to finish her exams.The last time I met Kok Yin was during Chinese New Year.Time flies,half year has gone. =S

The last thing that will definitely make me excited is---the state level marching band competition.I was first to be told that the competition will be held in Kuching but after I came back to Miri my friends told me that the venue is now change to Miri.I had told myself never miss this event! ^^ Sarawak bands are always with high standard compare to most of the other states.I`m sure that the public will have a great enjoyment in visual and auditory. So music lovers in Miri,what are you waiting?Immediately jot down this event in your planner!

And this will be my June holiday plan.I will also try to write down the recommendation on the books that I read.
